Who this policy covers
This policy describes the Velox Automate website and project-enquiry form. For questions or requests about your information, contact contact@veloxautomate.com.
Information you provide
If you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected service, message, and consent to respond. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, or confidential customer records through this form.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, communicate with you, and discuss or prepare a potential project. It is not permission to add you to a marketing mailing list. Project data and client-system access are addressed separately in the applicable project agreement.
Website and security information
The hosting provider may process ordinary web-server logs, including IP addresses and request information, for hosting and security. The contact endpoint uses a short-lived session cookie to protect form submissions and temporary security records to limit abuse. Those security records do not contain your enquiry message.
Preferences and interactive tools
The motion preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. The workflow demos and calculator use information in the current page and do not submit it to Velox. This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver this website and receive enquiries. The strategy-call link opens Calendly, where booking information is handled under Calendly’s own privacy terms. Other linked sites have their own policies.
Retention and access
Enquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. Requests are considered subject to applicable obligations and the information we need to retain.
Security
We use reasonable technical controls for this website, including HTTPS where configured by the hosting provider, input validation, and form-abuse protection. No system can guarantee absolute security. The enquiry form is not intended as a channel for sensitive client-system data.
Changes
This page may be updated when the website’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
